Wildes Builders has done extensive work for us over the past 8 years. We have continued to be extremely satisfied with the responsiveness of any project that have needed attention as well as the quality of all work rendered. In 2001, we purchased a 2,500 square foot apartment that Wildes totally gutted and renovated with little supervision from us as we live out of town. If questions arose, the team contacted us immediately and when we moved in, the project was done fabulously well! Two years later, the apartment next to us became available and Wildes, once again, stepped in and created a seamless project with perfect results. What consistently impresses us is that we know we can count on their support, well after the completion of our projects. We continue to call on them for smaller project and they continue to be totally responsive (from plumbing related issues, to adding a safe, to counter top refinishing, We would highly recommend Wildes Builders for any project. Jeff Wildes of Wildes Builders renovated our apartment in 400 S Ocean Blvd in 2005. His attention to detail, quality and coordination with all consultants and sub-trades was first rate at a time when the construction industry was very active. In addition, we moved into our condominium on time and are very happy with Jeff Wildes and his team. I would have no hesitation in recommending Wildes Builders. I am pleased to write this letter regarding our experience with Wildes Builders. We contracted them in 2005 to completely renovate our condominium in Palm Beach. The space was completely gutted and renovated in a timely manner. We were easily able to coordinate the project with them despite being at a residence in Pittsburgh, PA. They were attentive to our concerns and continue to be responsive to any requests we may have. The craftsmanship was excellent! I can recommend them for any similar project without reservation. I initially worked with Jeff when we renovated our home in Palm Beach almost 7 years ago. The work was complicated in that we attempted to update and renovate a 50 year old house that many thought should have been razed. Working closely with an out of state architect, Jeff provided insightful ideas to move the project along and help preserve a mid-century home. Jeff and Wildes Builders did the project substantially on time and budge: in almost every case where the project strayed from the agreed upon budget and schedule it was the result of changes that were suggested by either the architect or by Jeff, approved by my wife or myself, and the project was enhanced. In the few instances where unanticipated challenges were unknown they were promptly brought to our and our architect’s attention by Jeff. As a result reasonable adjustments in both the budget and time schedule were quickly agreed. Since completion of the work, Jeff and Wildes Builders have been quite receptive to our requests for assistance in maintaining our home no matter how small the job.
