Prior to founding Wilcox Serota LLC, Jan was most recently a Managing Director at Kenzer Corp., an executive search company where she specialized in senior level searches in retail, wholesale and manufacturing. Over the course of her 25 years in executive search, Jan has developed strong relationships with retailers whose companies ranged from startups to Fortune 100 – 500 companies. She has placed VPs through C-Level positions which include: CEOs, CFOs, Board Members, Human Resources, Operation and Merchandising executives, amongst others. Jan personalizes her service and adapts her search experience in addressing the needs of her client. Previously, Jan was the Human Resource Director of Administration at B.A.T.U.S. Retail, a $14 billion dollar New York holding company with more than 14 divisions.
