Rob literally grew up in the polymers business, working at , a custom rubber and plastics manufacturer, owned by the Klingel family. TSE was founded by Rob's grandparents, Walt & Helen Klingel, whose initials make up the name of WHK. After TSE acquired medical tubing and assembly company, Consolidated Polymer Technologies (CPT), Rob went to work there, learning all aspects of the business. Mike Phelan is WHK's Operations Manager. Mike spent fifteen (15) years working for Saint-Gobain's* Healthcare Division in its Biopharmaceutical Group, where he developed products and services to meet the evolving needs of pharmaceutical, biotech, consumer and OEM customers around the World. He has an extensive background in compounding, extrusion, molding, overmolding, assembly and prototyping of silicones, thermoplastic elastomers, fluoropolymers and engineered plastics for healthcare applications. Mike is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt. We are delighted that Jerry decided to come out of his comfortable retirement to join us once again in making things happen in the medical device marketplace. Mr. Tottle has been TSE's CFO since 1997 and the company's CPA since 1977. He received his B.A. in Business Administration from the University of South Florida in 1982. He received his Juris Doctor from Stetson University in St. Petersburg and was admitted to The Florida Bar in 1985. Mr. Catalano handles all legal affairs for TSE and its affiliated companies.
