The Whitley team strives to provide services that meet or exceed our clients' expectations, offer them for a fair price, and back them up with unsurpassed customer service. About Whitley Builders Whitley Builders is a family-owned and operated business located in Palm Coast, Florida. The founder, William P. Whitley III, began his construction career in 1980 as a superintendent for a contractor in Philadelphia. In 1985, Whitley and his family relocated back to Florida where his family had been previously rooted. It was then that he attained a State Certified Building Contractor’s license, laying the foundation for Whitley Builders, LLC. In 1992, Bill Whitley embarked on a new career in franchising in California but by 2004, he felt a strong pull to return to Florida to be near aging parents and in-laws. It was at this time that Whitley’s three grown sons Aaron, Adam, and Billy expressed their desire for the family to return to the construction arena. This led to Whitley achieving State Certification in Building Contracting again, and launching what is now a successful construction business with his three sons.
