Relias Learning is acquired by Bertelsmann, the preeminent global media company based in Germany. Relias opens offices in the UK and Germany, and secures its first client in China. With five acquisitions, the company expands its offerings, including a new analytics platform. Relias Learning is renamed Relias to reflect its transition to offering solutions to reduce variation in healthcare, based on analytics, assessments and learning products developed internally and from multiple acquisitions.
