Marks, a 1991 graduate of Penn College, Penn State's premier technical college affiliate. Later, Michael moved to Jacksonville, Florida and worked as a pre-press operator and graphic designer for another large printing company. Each job presented opportunities to learn about the production side, and each employer graciously offered insights into the business side of the industries. The opportunities to learn were not wasted. At each company, in each of the positions held, Michael began in the entry level position and held the title and duties of Department Supervisor and Trainer by the time he left. As the son of a small business owner, and as a small business operator himself, Michael is well aware of the challenges facing small businesses. Many of the benefits of professionally prepared business media and marketing were out of the reach of many small businesses because of the costs, even when the time and cost of the technologies associated with them came down.
