From the tender age of three, Jackie Wheeler loved playing outdoors – especially in the dirt. Sixty years later, he still delights in moving dirt and gravel. Obviously, the “apple did not fall far from the tree” because Ricky Wheeler, his son and operations manager for Wheeler Construction, shares his love for excavating and road construction.
