Riverstone Communities is a private company founded in 1998 that owns and operates over 70 manufactured housing communities throughout the United States. Our properties include both all-ages communities and age restricted (55+) communities. We also own RV resort properties. We are always seeking new investment opportunities.
Our mission is to enrich
Our investment horizon is “long-term”. We do not have any communities for sale at this time and it is not our intention to sell any communities. We are not developers; we’re simply owner/operators looking to continually improve the communities we own. We seek to grow by selectively buying properties that meet our investment criteria, which includes buying properties that improve job security for our current and future team members.
