Young “Teddy” Ted Wentzel, Jr. apprenticed with his father starting at the age of 15, and for the next ten years he learned first-hand from his dad all about the heating and air conditioning business, inside and out. Usually, people only call or write to complain, but I wanted to make sure this business got the credit deserved for recently giving us Prompt and Courteous service, when our air, for no apparent reason, stopped cooling. I called Wentzel Air and they were at my home and had the repair completed in less than two hours, and we live out in the country, granted the timing was really good for us, but, I will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone needing Air Conditioning service. They not only keep our Air Conditioner running smoothly, but we also rent several Mobile Homes and they maintain those Air Conditioning systems as well. They are always there when they say they will be, and just great guys to work with! I wanted to take this time to write and thank you for the stellar service that you and your employees provided. Again to my surprise and without asking, the technicians were extremely courteous by covering up the surrounding areas that they were working in as well as making a walk path across my carpet. After they completed the job, they also cleaned up the area they were working in. The next day, Mr. Wentzel (the owner) came back by my home to inspect the job and asked me if I was satisfied. I would recommend Wentzel’s Heating and Air for anyone who has a need. The company provided quick and efficient service and I did not have to sleep one night in a hot house! I highly recommend this company with their able management, crew and sincere desire for customer satisfaction.
