In 2011 a group of successful healthcare industry investors saw an opportunity to create a better compounding pharmacy by investing in advanced technology and top talent. Their first step was to purchase the assets of several existing compounding pharmacies. Next, they hired talented executives who understand the ever-changing healthcare industry; then they invested heavily in the most sophisticated compounding and sterilization equipment available to provide exceptional quality and safety. The result of their efforts is Wells Pharmacy Network. In 2016 we completed a multi-million dollar expansion of our 503A facility located in Ocala to meet the growing demand from physicians and patients across the United States seeking the highest quality anti-aging and wellness compounds. And in 2017 we converted our Tennessee pharmacy to a registered 503B Outsourcing facility. Today, physicians and patients throughout the United States choose Wells because they are confident in the quality of our medications and appreciate the personalized service we provide. We believe the investments we are making in technology and talent will position us to better serve our provider and patient customers in the days, months and years to come. Wells Pharmacy Network uses the most advanced instrumentation, including in-house sterility and endotoxin testing Assists the Quality Assurance Specialist in the compounding pharmacy to ensure quality products and care to customers by performing the following duties. CSR /Data Entry are primarily responsible for ensuring quality customer service is provided to our customers and orders are keyed into the system timely and accurately. Communication is critical in this role to both internal and external customers as well as the ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment. Maintains compliance with company and HIPAA patient confidentiality requirements. Expected to follow all policies and procedures as set forth by the company and supervisor. Account Managers are responsible for maximizing the effectiveness of the Field Sales Managers (FSR) by producing high quality leads and working as a team towards agreed set targets and profitability goals. To provide a high level of sales support by ensuring all queries are responded to in an efficient, professional and timely manner. Wells Pharmacy Network has assembled a leadership team with a wealth of experience across the healthcare and pharmaceutical industries as well as additional fields. Their combined knowledge and experience allow them to offer superior science and service capable of meeting and exceeding provider and patient needs and expectations. Ben David has 25 years of executive management and leadership experience in the health care industry, having served in a variety of roles with globally recognized businesses. Prior to his appointment as CEO/President of Wells Pharmacy Network, Mr. David served as the Division Vice President for the South East Division of Apria Health Care. Mr. David spearheaded the entire operation for one of the country’s largest suppliers of durable medical equipment (DME) and respiratory services. Kristopher Fishman has amassed a wealth of experience in sales and operations and has driven effective turnaround, process improvement, and enhanced management for several medical organizations. Prior to joining Wells Pharmacy Network, Mr. Fishman served as Area Operations Manager for the Southeast region at Apria Healthcare, overseeing profit and loss operations for 32 branch locations. He also served as National Director of Operations & Sales and District Business Manager for the West Coast at Ottobock Orthopedic Services. Vice President of Business Operations Mike Merritt has acquired extensive IT Project Management experience throughout his career and has built a solid track record of managing the software life cycle and utilizing PMI methodology to achieve successful software implementations that support the organizations goals and objectives. He currently manages the integration and implementation of the company’s Business Support Systems including the compound pharmacy software. Prior to joining Wells Pharmacy Network, Mr. Merritt served as Director of Billing & Portals and IT at Vizada for 14 years, where he managed satellite billing software and a web portal provisioning and reporting systems accessed by international users. Previously, he was Manager of Consulting Services for BearingPoint Consulting. Mr. Merritt holds a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) as well as his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation and ITIL Certification.
