From your initial informational seminar and throughout your successful adjustment to a new lifestyle, we are here to guide you in your commitment to sustainable and lifelong change.
We provide obesity management coaching/counseling that is physician supervised, using a cognitive behavioral therapy approach that addresses carbohydrate addiction as the cause of obesity and obesity-related co-morbidities. We use a substance abuse methodology, rather than a diet and exercise approach, to accomplish effective long term resolution of obesity for both adolescent and adult clients.
Above all else, we advocate that obesity understood leads to obesity resolved. We are here to educate, counsel, coach, and support you in every step on your path to better health.
