There he provided behavioral services to teens suffering from severe mental illnesses and addiction. Michael went on to work at Olive Crest Treatment Centers. As a Director, Michael oversaw the placement, care and treatment of over 200 abused & neglected children and teens. , since 1989 and they have two daughters. He is active in his community. Michael is active in his daughters’ lives, participates in a multidisciplinary business group, and often speaks to groups on topics relating to personal and interpersonal growth. In his free time, he enjoys running, cycling, and spending time with family and friends. Morag Webb began her work with children at the UCI Child Development Center. She was successful in connecting with and facilitating behavioral change in children with neurological challenges such as Attention Deficit Disorder and Oppositional Defiant Disorder. Following this, she provided therapy for children with trauma through Olive Crest Treatment Centers, which serves abused, neglected and abandoned children. She went on to work for the Irvine Unified School District providing group counseling to at risk teens in middle school and high school. Alongside her work in the public schools, she completed credentials in School Counseling and School Psychology. In her extensive work with adults, Morag Webb brings a passion for facilitating emotional healing, deepening her clients’ self-knowledge, and helping resolve personal problems. Morag’s love of working with adults was sparked at her first training site, La Vie Counseling Center in Pasadena. There she was introduced to “psychodynamic therapy” which is a deeper treatment approach. Throughout her career she has continued to get training in this area through seminars and ongoing case consultation.
