I just want to take a minute to thank the folks at Superior Pool for their continued technical service support of our pool. The Kelly pool is now 2/1/2 years old and still looks as it did when first built. The pool not only looks great, but we are always pleased to receive great compliments from visitors and friends. They especially comment on the attractive multi-colored tiled top umbrella pool table which Jon himself designed. It has been a great experience having selected Superior. Over the life of our pool we have contacted Superior for technical support regarding a pool automation control issue, a minor masonry item, and a recent pool heater control component. In each case Superior was quick to respond with an explanation how and when the issues would be corrected. With all concerns they were corrected in expedient time having excellent results. Just last Sunday I contacted Anthony (text message) regarding a related pool heater component issue. Within minutes I received a response back communicating when the repair part could be available and when a service tech would be onsite to install the defective component. The replacement was made as promised.Enough with our pool success story bottom line we are grateful we enlisted Superior as our builder. To those new pool customers I give my highest recommendation to select Superior as your choice of builder. And most important to acknowledge Superior’s technical service to be top notch, not a very common among many firms and products that we purchase today. I know that it is people that make a company great. Superior Pools is truly a great company made of great employees. There was never any doubt that our pool desires were in line with superior Pools commitment to deliver. Josh Kline has been caring and helpful. We just completed pool school with him yesterday.
