Upon payment of the stipulated monthly membership fee, the Member is obtaining from Watch Trial LLC the right to access and receive Watch Rental Membership and Rotation Services. Members may get watches from Watch Trial LLC in understanding with these Terms and Conditions and some other material as contained therein Watch Trial LLC Agreements. Watch Trial LLC or its supplier(s) hold proprietorship for the watch at all times, and Member should not take any activities that are conflicting with such proprietorship, (for example, selling, loaning, leasing, adjusting or altering any watch or other products). Members expressly agree to abide with any terms, conditions, or policies that Watch Trial LLC may provide from time to time.
Delivery of Products
We at Watch Trial LLC will ship one of the selected watches to you every month through the shipping option that the member selected during account setup. The member bears the obligations of taking care of the product in compliance with instructions when the product is delivered. If such instructions are not received with the delivery of the watch, contact us within 24 hours of package receipt to obtain such copy of the instructions. Not receiving the instructions will not preclude you from compiling to them. You accept that delivery to an address where member can physically collect the products is highly recommended. However if the member is not physically present to collect the products, you expressly accept the responsibility for loss of products, stealing of products or disappearance of the products left neglected or received by another individual on behalf of the member.
We at Watch Trial LLC encourage you to painstakingly examine all the products when delivered and to inform us with 24 hours of receipt, of any obvious damage to the products or any other related issue. If a member report damage on receipt of the products and would want a change of the products received, please return the damaged products to us at Watch Trial LLC and we will send a substitution product promptly to you upon receipt of the damaged products.
Usage of the Products
You accept to handle all watches you get from Watch Trial LLC with extensive consideration. The member bears the full responsibility of all loss of, or pulverization or harm to, any watch because of robbery, secretive vanishing, fire, or whatever other cause, other than ordinary wear and tear, including, however not constrained to, an adjustment or changes made by the user or in the interest of the user without the communicated approval of Watch Trial LLC, the exchange of Watch Trail LLC product for some other product, notwithstanding the value, or nonchalance for uncommon care or upkeep required for a particular Watch Trial LLC watch. For a situation where a watch is stolen and a police report documented, Watch Trial LLC ought to be notified promptly. In any case, Watch Trial LLC can't ensure that a lost or stolen watch will be replaced without expense to the Member. Watch Trial LLC Products Return; Extensions
