In 2007, the enterprise was sold to a Fortune 500 company, Cintas (NASDAQ: CTAS). As the visionary and leader of WastePoint, Mr. Kantor is creating and developing a market-leading brand and company that is revolutionizing the way the waste stream is managed and controlled in North America. As a graduate of Indiana State University, David was personally recognized as one of the "Best & Brightest" from Junior Achievement and the accounting firm of KPMG, recognizing outstanding leaders and young professionals. He is also actively involved with the National Apartment Association and the National MultiHousing Council. David Brock is Senior Vice President of Operations for WastePoint. Previously, David was Vice President of Operations for Global Shred & Recycling. Under his tenure, the enterprise grew rapidly into one of the fastest growing privately held security shredding and recycling companies in the country. David Brock oversees all program management, installation, and engineering operations, as well as all regional offices, with ultimate responsibility down the line for production crews and job site management. He also directs the daily operations of WastePoint and leads the company's technical and service staff. He has more than 12 years of experience in designing, installing, implementation, configuring, and managing small and large-scale projects. He has expertise in supervising and managing operations for all contracts, to include employees, subcontractor relationships, client interface, and quality control. David has extensive experience in managing and overseeing multiple sites. He has the ability to create a business development team to assist customers in articulating their specific requirements, thereby providing them with the "right" solutions to meet their needs. He has an innate ability to motivate crews, supervise, manage, and coordinate large corporate accounts, both on- and off-site, and manage materials for a successful implementation. He also manages the training and development of new field supervisors and subcontractors. David is actively involved with the National Apartment Association. John Sebree is the Director of Marcus & Millichap’s National Multi Housing Group (NYSE:MMI). He is based in the Midwest, working from the firm's Chicago and Indianapolis offices. Mr. Sebree's extensive background as a major multifamily specialist spans more than 20 years, 17 of which were as a Marcus & Millichap agent. Most recently, Mr. Sebree was a managing director for Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, where he brokered major multifamily properties throughout the Midwest. Prior to this position, Mr. Sebree was an agent with Marcus & Millichap. During his tenure as an agent, he developed a strong brokerage practice in Chicago, opened the Indianapolis office and earned numerous plaque awards, eight National Achievement Award qualifications, and Top 20 and Chairman's Club designations. Mr. Sebree assumed his current position in 2011. Richard Leventhal, majority owner of LMCS, LLC, an investment, management and consulting company. Co-founded and operated Top Value Fabrics, Inc, an industrial and recreational fabric wholesale and distribution company. In addition, a member of the Board of Directors of Emmis Communications Corp.(NASDAQ:EMMS), a public media and broadcasting company. Also a board member of several not for profit organizations. Mr. Elberger is a partner at Bose McKinney & Evans and chair of the Sports, Entertainment and Media Group He also is a member and former chair of the Litigation Group, and a member of the Appellate Group and Health Group. He practices in the areas of litigation, constitutional/civil rights law, entertainment law, sports law, appellate law and professional responsibility/disciplinary law. Mr. Elberger is a nine year distinguished advisor to and former nine-year member of the Board of Trustees for the Children's Museum of Indianapolis. He served for more than sixteen years as a member of the Medical Licensing Board of Indiana and on three occasions served as president of the Board. He received his law degree from American University, and has been a practicing attorney since 1971, a member of the firm since 1972 and a partner since 1981. Mr. Elberger is a member of the Indianapolis, Maryland, District of Columbia and American Bar Associations, as well as the Association of Professional Responsibility Lawyers.
