Terry has served as President of Washing Systems since joining the Company in 2003 and was promoted to CEO in 2017. In this capacity, Terry oversees all Company operations. Additionally, Terry is leading the Company’s global expansion efforts. Terry previously worked as COO for the Unitog Corporation. A lifelong industry leader, Terry has served on numerous industry association boards and committees and has been immediately responsible for several key industry initiatives. Terry is married with three children and several grandchildren. John Walroth joined the company in 1994 and oversees the company’s sales, field service, and national accounts, as well as new market development. He has over 20 years of industry experience. His previous roles with the company include Division Manager, National Account Manager, and VP of National Accounts. John has a Master’s Degree from Xavier University. He is married with three children. Prior to joining Washing Systems in 2016, Jon was the Executive Vice President for ProAmpac LLC, where he was instrumental in the completion and integration of 10+ acquisitions, the establishment of operations in China, Vietnam, and Cambodia, the expansion into Europe, and the recapitalization of the company with private equity. Prior to ProAmpac, Jon spent 8 years at Chiquita Brands International in a variety of sales, financial and operational positions in Cincinnati, Los Angeles and Panama. Jon also spent 3 years in corporate finance with BMO Capital Markets in Chicago and was President of a manufacturer in turnaround. In 2007, Jon was awarded “CFO of the Year” by the Cincinnati Business Courier . Residing in Cincinnati with his wife and three children, Jon serves in numerous business, community, and charitable organizations. Jon received his BA in Political Science from DePauw University and his MBA in Finance and International Business from the University of Chicago. Greg joined Washing Systems in 2003 and brought with him over thirty years of relevant market experience in the chemical industry. A graduate of the University of Cincinnati where he earned a degree in mechanical engineering, Greg oversees the operations of supply chain management, customer service, dispensing technology, and management information systems. His previous work experience includes Systecon Inc., Texo Corporation, and Dϋrr AG/Premier Manufacturing Support Services Inc. Greg is an active member of his community, where he volunteers his time in several organizations and is married with two children. Ben is currently responsible for leading the company’s Specialty Chemicals division and corporate marketing initiatives. His previous roles with company include Laundry Resource Manager and National Account Manager. Prior to joining Washing Systems in 2008, Ben worked as a Marketing Executive at Tru, a global leader in consumer research and insights. Outside of Washing Systems, Ben is actively involved in the community where he is a member of the Wexner Heritage Leadership Program and serves on the Board of Rockwern Academy and Adath Israel Congregation. Ben is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Madison and is married with three children. Roy joined the Company in 1990 and leads all Research and Development efforts and technical service. He has over thirty years of commercial laundry experience and is responsible for several groundbreaking innovations including, most recently, the Bill began his carrier in commercial laundry industry in 1975 as an associate with Procter and Gamble where he worked until joining Washing Systems in 1989. Bill has worked in a wide range of roles throughout his time with the Company covering all of North America; initially as a territory sales manager, then as a Group Vice President to the present where he is Vice President of Sales. Bill earned his BA from the University of Pennsylvania in 1974 where he also was a member of its football team. Bill is married with two children.
