Josh Warren was introduced to construction and the electric, plumbing, and HVAC trades at an early age. His father started a construction company, and Josh grew up in the business office there, which was run by his mother. When he became old enough, he went to work for his father and continued working for him right through college and beyond—16 years in total. Eventually, Josh wanted more. He was intrigued by the disaster restoration industry, and realized there is an art to this type of work that is lost in other companies. For example, he enjoys figuring the arrangement of equipment to ensure optimal drying of a structure, or calculating the cost to save a building and its contents versus complete demolition of everything. Josh wants to be the best at what he does, and enhance the reputation of the industry in general, rather than be seen simply as a fire chaser. He’s very much on top of industry and technology trends, and passes his knowledge and experience along in everything he does. Toni Warren is the customer service side of the business. She has a background in retail and commercial real estate, and a degree in International Business. Other hands-on work experience includes managing employee teams in the hospitality industry and several years working in property management. In other words, Toni has worked on both the front line and behind the scenes. She understands what it takes to provide excellent customer service, so that clients keep coming back for more. This husband and wife duo complement each other well in this business they built together. Josh has the background in the service delivery and technical aspects, while Toni handles customer response and satisfaction. And, they’re your neighbors. Their two offices—one based in Big Stone Gap, VA, and the other Hendersonville, NC—means they can cover a wide geographic radius, approximately two hours from each location.
