Wales Roofing has been family owned and operated for over 35 years, with owner and contractor, Frank Wales personally overseeing all work performed by the company.​ Owner and operator of Wales Roofing, Frank learned contracting from his father, Frank Jr. Throughout the years, he built Wales Roofing on honesty, integrity, and quality craftsmanship. Because of his dedication to the customer, Frank has been able to grow and prosper 100% by referrals. Frank is involved in every project, he oversees all re-roofs and personally completes each repair to ensure the best results in all aspects. Frank's values in business translate over to his personal life and is evident by his dedication to his family and his church. He strives to teach and promote honesty, integrity and hard work to everyone he encounters. Graduating from UCF with a major in Political Science and minor in Economics, Amy has been an active member of the Wales Roofing team since 2005. She is the first point of contact for customers when scheduling estimates and appointments; as well as the last point of contact after roofing work has been completed, and warranties or invoices are sent. Frank is a graduate from UCF with a degree in Mechanical Engineering; he became a vital member of the Wales Roofing team in 2014. Along with being Operations Manager, Frank is our know-all for re-roofing appointments and estimates. His knowledge and charisma always helps customers feel at-ease throughout the re-roofing process. I had intermitent problems with a leaky chimney ever since hurricane Charley in 2004. Nobody was able to properly diagnose the cause or fix the problem until Frank came to check it out last year (2010). He came out one day to look things over, and he figured out what was wrong. He came out the next day to make the fix. He also suggested I coat the entire chimney with an elastomeric coating as an added precaution, which I did.
