Wakefield Design Studio is a textile print studio that focuses on contemporary, highly sophisticated, and trend-right designs for women’s wear, juniors, swimwear, home and accessories. We offer hand-painted designs on silk; the latest computer-aided designs, as well as a refined vintage print collection. Our compelling seasonal collections not only transcend trend and color research, but also reveal a strong understanding of our market and customer. We provide beautiful inspiration for designers everywhere. shley Wakefield, a graduate of Miami International University of Art and Design, has worked in the fashion industry since 2001 and has a strong understanding of design, product development, print, technique, and color. Ashley’s experience includes eight years working for Chico’s where she had the opportunity to work with very talented artisans from all over the world. This experience inspired her, along with her husband Pete, to open their own creative textile design studio where they offer beautiful prints to a wide range of designers and retailers.
