William Schorsch has been an owner, developer and commercial real estate broker since 1977, representing nearly one thousand landlords, tenants, purchasers and sellers of commercial properties. He formed W.D. Schorsch LLC in 1983 after recognizing the special skill sets and knowledge required in developing commercial real estate projects with the federal government. For more than fifteen years, prior to relocating to Chicago, Schorsch owned and operated W. D. Schorsch LLC. Located in Greenwich, Connecticut, the firm specialized in commercial development, commercial sales and leasing. While in business for himself Schorsch developed and implemented a variety of operating procedures that enabled his firm to be more competitive in the market with annual sales in excess of $20 million dollars. Taylor B Fallows joined W. D. Schorsch LLC in September 2010 after graduating from Harrington School of Design with a B.S. in Interior Design. She is a 2006 graduate of the University of Kansas with a BS in Journalism. Currently, Taylor works on all federal government projects including the Social Security Administration, Veterans Administration and the Department of Homeland Security. Taylor provides key administration support for both Management and Development activities. She focuses on marketing, design and accounting responsibilities. W. D.
