Vulcan Charters, Inc. Offshore Fishing, operating out of Inlet Harbor Marina, The captain , Rick Trussell, has over 40 years of boating and fishing experience. Originally from Maryland, and having fished inshore on the Susquehanna River, and the Chesapeake Bay, and offshore out of Ocean City, having to go 58 to 72 miles to reach the Baltimore, and Washington Canyons in pursuit of Dolphin, Tuna, Wahoo, White, and Blue Marlin. He came to Daytona Beach in late 1994, and has operated a part-time offshore chartering business for the past 14 years. the boat was in Los Suenos Marina, Herradura, Costa Rica for 2 1/2 years and came back in April of 2016..
