Poonam Bhardwaj, founder and President of VS4S, is passionate about helping clients solve organizational challenges with solutions that deliver sustainable results. This passion, coupled with senior level experience in the small business sector, inspired her to start VS4S in 2013. We have assembled a highly engaged team to design and offer special programs and approaches to support returning veterans, minority students, disability beneficiaries, and those reinventing their careers. VS4S has grown steadily since inception – by winning a prime 5-year contract with U.S. Air Force to manage a digital library – a cutting edge facility in the Air Force created to reduce costs and combine services in the military environment, and then another 5-year subcontract with MAXIMUS on a Social Security Administration project serving an employment program designed for disability beneficiaries for entering workforce.
