Juliana Salazar is the founder and co-owner of Viva Naturally. As a Vitality & Vibrantpreneur Coach™, she specializes in helping busy entrepreneurs and professionals feel vibrant, energized, healthy and happy so they can excel in their business/career and thrive in life.  Through the signature program Recharge and Revive™, Juliana helps hard-working individuals master their energy, strength and health, naturally. She also helps to overcome stress, exhaustion, mental strain and overwhelm.  Starting, managing and growing your business takes a lot energy.  Therefore, being in control of your health and energy will give you more confidence, motivation, peace, and brainpower to charge ahead in your business and personal life. I remember the days when I had many health problems and constant lack of energy. I had difficulty getting up in the morning and coffee was the first thing on my mind to help me get through the day.  I experienced many health and energy challenges at different stages of my life including during college, working in corporations, and when I started my wellness business. After extensive research, training, experience, and more, I finally discovered how to get my energy and health back naturally. Now, my mission is to help others master their energy and health to boost performance and vitality.  As the Information Technology & Systems manager, and co-owner of Viva Naturally, Sebastian supports clients from an IT perspective and manages the system  integrations and enhancements to ensure a smooth experience for clients and staff. Sebastian believes in helping others master the 6 Viva Vitality Pillars, which can help them achieve higher levels of energy and performance. This belief came to fruition after Sebastian discovered that a plant-based lifestyle helped him solve several issues with his personal health. A few of the issues that Sebastian had include skin allergies, strong body odor, headaches, acne, low levels of energy, brain fog, and irregular bowel movements. After being convinced that thriving on a plant-based lifestyle was not only optimal for his health, for the environment, but also to help prevent animal cruelty, he decided say goodbye to his old eating habits (which took him some time to let go), and continues to this day to consume a diverse variety of plant-based foods and doing healthier habits. Today, Sebastian is much healthier, stronger and vibrant than ever before. He enjoys a plethora of plant-based foods that have helped him heal from many illnesses and have greatly increased his levels of energy. He has been a vegan since early 2016 and his blood work has never been better. He has been so impressed with all the positive results. He embarked on the opportunity to help others around the world by co-owning Viva Naturally.  He truly believes in “you are what you eat and do”, and helping others master their energy and health.  Food is the source of energy for all of our bodily functions and directly affects how our body and mind operate. Eating healthy whole foods and drinking water helps us to achieve vitality. Stress management helps us to cope with life and be happier, healthier, vibrant, and more productive. Not enough energy affects productivity, but too much energy can quickly burn you out. We help you manage your energy level to suit your needs.
