ABOUT VITA VIE RETREAT Vita Vie Retreat, a boutique fitness retreat and weight loss camp, was established in 2006. One of the first boot camp fitness retreats of it’s kind in the United States, Vita Vie Retreat challenges people from all over the world to meet their goals each and every day. Our client base ranges from the United States and Canada to Mexico, Ecuador, Chile, Spain, Costa Rica, Italy, Ireland, France, The Netherlands, The UK, Sweden and beyond. Vita Vie Retreat prides itself on having the most knowledgeable, caring, encouraging trainers to help guide and motivate each of our clients. Margot Rutigliano, founder of Vita Vie Retreat, has been in the fitness industry for over 17 years. She wants people to gain a healthy outlook on their own health and fitness and understand that the goal is not to be perfect. The goal is to be the best that you can be – a little bit better today than yesterday. “Each individual has a different goal and my team and I respect that. Life ebbs and flows and most people are just trying to roll with the waves and get through it in a happy and healthy manner. We’re here to help guide them to do that,” says Ms. Rutigliano. Vita Vie Retreat has created a team of the most knowledgeable, encouraging and helpful trainers and practitioners to work with our clients. Most of our trainers have upwards of 8 years of experience in their respective fields. All trainers are nationally certified, insured and have a minimum of 3 years of experience working in their respective fields to be eligible to work with Vita Vie Retreat. Our goal is to provide an enjoyable, safe and comfortable environment for each guest. Vita Vie Retreat – American Spa Magazine Although Bella Vita Retreat’s programs are focused on fitness, the retreat is about getting in shape and developing lifelong patterns to stay in shape and treating your body right. All guests will be provided an 8 week nutrition and fitness program to help reach their health and weight loss goals. Guests should definitely be ready to sweat, but exercise isn’t all that is included in the daily schedule. Massages and stress reduction sessions are provided in ample amounts to help reduce daily stress and ease aches and pains. Rejuvenation is one of the most important steps to Bella Vita Retreat’s 5 Step Program. Clients will dine on ultra healthy fare prepared by a chef on the property. Spa treatments are delivered to the guest’s rooms, poolside or directly on the beach.
