Mark Gray is president and chief executive officer of ASRC Federal. Gray leads a family of companies with employees dispersed across 40 locations. Since joining the company in 2014, Gray has driven the corporate strategy to include notable organic growth as well as the successful integration of two acquisitions, helping to expand the company’s capabilities and customer base. He is committed to delivering exceptional services and driving business growth. Gray was previously INDUS Corporation’s chief operating officer and had responsibility for oversight of operational business units, corporate and strategic planning, business development and merger and acquisition activities.  He has also worked at Anteon Corporation as a senior vice president responsible for operations, business development and strategic planning, and at the Naval Air Systems Command, where he served in a variety of program management and systems and test engineering positions for major weapon system development projects. He holds a bachelor’s in aerospace engineering from the University of Notre Dame, a master’s in aviation systems with distinction from the University of Tennessee, and an MBA with distinction from Georgetown University.  He is a graduate of the U. S. Naval Test Pilot School with distinction, the Advanced Program Management Course at the Defense Systems Management College, and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Business School Honor Society.
