With patented technology, VirtuRide is the only indoor cycling studio in the world where you can ride and move with the video, in front of a Mega screen with real road videos on it. Your bike will incline up to 20 degrees up and 20 degrees down, and tilt up to 10 degrees from side to side, allowing you to move in tandem with the terrain over which you ride. On top of that, a personal 20 inch fan will blow air at you to imitate the wind on the road. Throughout the ride, your name, heart rate and calories burned will be displayed on the side screens to give you an overall experience of cycling on a real road, with the exact info you need to know how well you're riding. Created by Omer Cohen, an IRONMAN Triathlete who wanted to share his amazing experience cycling around the world with those who ride indoors. Frustrated with current boring indoor cycling options, Omer took on a mission to patent and build the first ever studio that allows you to ride a stationary bike on a moving platform, synchronized with breathtaking road videos from around the world, combined with an individual display of heart rate and calories burned, synchronized wind to imitate the outdoor wind, and changing intensity on the flywheel as the road moves. Not only is it fun and a great workout, VirtuRide has medical benefits as well: the VirtuRide platform is built on top of soft airbags which absorb the impact of your body on the pedals and therefore ease the impact on your joints, all while imitating a real ride on a bike outside.
