Vintex Quality Care was founded in 1991 in Miami-Dade County and is licensed, insured, and bonded to serve clients in Miami-Dade, Broward, Monroe, Charlotte, Collier, DeSoto, Glades, Hendry, Lee, and Sarasota Counties. We are licensed by the Agency for Health Care Administration. Vintex Quality Care started small, with only a few caregivers to serve a small number of clients. During this time, South Florida was seeing many signs of economic prosperity. Communities were changing demographically and they began to see an influx of retirees from other areas of the country while baby-boomers were aging. The goal of the company was to provide a much-needed service to the population who wanted to age in the comfort of their own home. Over the years, we have made many connections with other businesses that provide care, and as a result established significant partnerships with trust officers at local banks, with guardians, and estate attorneys, among others. Our mission at Vintex Quality Care has always been, to serve a growing community with diverse healthcare needs, by providing safe, compassionate, one-on-one care at home or in a facility. Caregivers providing these senior home care services are licensed, insured and vary from home health aides to companions to registered nurses. Prior to the start of services, a Vintex Quality Care registered nurse will perform an in-home care assessment. Understanding the full scope of each of our clients’ care needs is a vital part of developing care plans that will meet their unique needs. During the assessment, our RN will gather information about your home care needs, and the safety of your home environment. Each home care client is assessed physically and cognitively, and an overall history is obtained from the client, relative, guardian, or responsible party. Each piece of information helps us formulate the best care plan for you. The challenges of aging, illness, or disability can sometimes impose lifestyle limitations on our loved ones. For example, many older adults have to stop driving due to reduced vision, decreased response reflexes, or cognitive impairment from Alzheimer’s or dementia. But giving up the keys doesn’t mean that seniors have to give up independence. If your senior loved one needs transportation assistance, Vintex Quality Care’s professional caregivers can escort or accompany them wherever they need to go. Our caregivers can provide safe, secure transportation and accompaniment for a variety of outings, including, but not limited to: Aging or disability should not mean drastic changes in lifestyle.
