VINAMERICAS is a national wine importer specialized in sourcing and marketing extraordinary wines for our wholesale and retail partners nationwide. We represent over 40 family-owned and operated wineries from Spain, France, Portugal and South America that produce extraordinary wines ranging from single-vineyard limited edition releases to value wines of remarkable character and drinkability. VINAMERICAS’ products are distributed in 42 states where we work with partners that share our vision and dedication to introducing American consumers to the best wines the world has to offer. VINAMERICAS was founded in 2004 by David Bernad, a former management consultant, technology executive and a Columbia University engineering and economics graduate. Mr. Bernad was born in Huesca, a small town in northern Aragón (Spain) but moved to the United States in 1991. After founding and growing the Miami International Wine Fair to become the largest wine tradeshow in the country, Bernad established VINAMERICAS to represent a group of extraordinary wine producers from Spain. Since then, VINAMERICAS' portfolio has expanded to include hundreds of quality brands from Europe and South America. VINAMERICAS is headquartered in Miami, Florida with warehousing facilities in New Jersey, Los Angeles and South Florida. The company has satellite offices in New York City, San Francisco and Europe (Spain). We currently represent over 40 boutique family-owned and operated wineries from Spain, France, Portugal, Italy and Argentina that produce extraordinary terroir-driven wines with excellent marketability.  Our seasoned sales team works closely with our distributor partners in every market to help them communicate our wines' key selling points, design effective sales & marketing campaigns, and establish sales incentives and programs that generate results. VINAMERICAS operates as a hybrid between a business development agency and a traditional importer.  Our average gross margin is significantly lower than the industry standard, which allows our suppliers' products to reach consumers at a very competitive price.
