We monitor each home on a weekly basis utilizing a detailed check list to achieve a high level of consistency. Items not needing immediate attention are sent via e-mail as they occur. More urgent items are handled with a phone call immediately. We believe that keeping you informed of what is happening with your home is of utmost importance. We have a large list of service providers that are called upon when needed. We are bonded and insured.
