When the property becomes vacant, there is no need to worry about a guest or your cleaning or maintenance staff leaving the thermostat in an energy-wasting setting. With VillaControl’s robust alerting system and cloud-based access, owners can efficiently manage their properties round the clock from anywhere there is internet access. Another great benefit for both guests and owners is that VillaControl can eliminate the need for keys to be physically picked up or dropped off. You can provide guests with access codes to unlock their rental, and ensure that it is only active for the duration of their stay. Of course, if your guests extend their reservation, the access codes are extended automatically as well, to reflect the change. The VillaControl smart thermostat has a vibrant color screen. It communicates via the existing WIFI network and is accessible through the internet. VillaControl applications enables the ability to control the HVAC thermostat along with monitoring the indoor climate as if you were at your rental property. As issues arise that need action, alerts are automatically sent to service personnel and issues can be analyzed remotely. Your property management company and service company will be more responsive to issues. The VillaControl solution connects directly to your current rental management software; automatically setting the temperature controls to occupied or unoccupied based on the check-in and check-out events.
