The Marketing Communication Manager is responsible for developing and delivering engaging, customer-centric content for channel partners and end users via multiple platforms for its quality control inspection systems and solutions. Reporting to the VP of Sales, you will also play a key role in the general activities that support the outside sales team. Develop company marketing communication plan on a yearly basis. Maintain and promote company web site. Support Videk Sales team through incoming technical inquiries, quote generation, literature fulfillment and customer-facing presentations via webinars. Commercial awareness - ability to understand the business/internal/customer's needs and reflect that in the delivered communications.
