Our Mission Victorious Learning is a God-centered agency that was founded in November 2013 by Rick and Jill Castellani to provide in-home behavior therapy and support for children and families. Our mission is to combine evidence-based behavior therapy with personalized instruction in order to improve the overall quality of life for children and families. Our staff create personalized teaching programs for children and families and walk side by side with caregivers to implement positive and effective teaching strategies. Jill Castellani has worked with children and families for the past 18 years. She graduated with her master’s degree in Behavior Analysis in 2004 from the University of North Texas and has been a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) since 2006. She has worked with individuals between the ages of 2 and 21 who exhibit a variety of communication, social, and behavioral deficits. She has been the Director of two verbal behavior clinics and is fluent in the VB-MAPP curriculum teaching language and learning skills. Jill also has many years of experience teaching social skills and running social skills groups. She is dedicated to helping children and families improve their overall quality of life. What is Victorious Learning? Victorious Learning is a private agency dedicated to improving the lives of children and teenagers with autism spectrum disorders, communication or social delays, and emotional/behavioral concerns. Founded on Christian values, it is the mission of Victorious Learning to combine evidence-based behavior therapy with personalized instruction in order to improve the overall quality of life for children and families. All children and families face challenges. We believe the best way to overcome life’s challenges is to create a positive learning environment through the development of relationships.
