Who We Are We have been in business since 1985 and pride ourselves as leaders in our local real estate market and the property management community. For the last 20 years we have been active members of the NARPM (National Association of Residential Property Managers) community and stay current on the latest property management industry trends. We have been providing full service real estate and property management services to this market since 1990. Two business partners noticed the early signs of a building and development boom in central Florida about 25 years ago. Their experience as developers helped them to create Victoria Equities Realty & Management Co., and the company has been successfully growing ever since then. As we continued to build and develop communities, we established ourselves as professional managers who could work with homeowner’s associations and tenants. We began to work with multi-family properties as well as single family residences, and created a company that could serve all the unique and diverse needs that the Orlando and Central Florida area has.
