The end result generates a strong basis for the selection and introduction of the most qualified candidates in order to fit the best interests of all parties. Our mission is to help companies with their recruitment needs by using new perspectives. A primary inhibitor to identifying the right fit in the IT recruitment industry is that HR specialists often times cannot effectively measure the professional skills of applicants resulting in low interview-to-hire rates which is an inefficient use of time and resources for both the client and candidate. At Vezzo Solutions, we intend to combine HR recruitment skills with expansive IT knowledge in order to bridge this gap in the most efficient way to source the best candidates and fulfill clients' needs by making the hiring process both satisfying and economical. Beyond an HR based interview, an IT expert completes a technical interview with potential applicants before introducing them to our client. By adding a technical IT-based proficiency review in the pre-screening process to already proven recruitment concepts, our firm can identify and select the best fitting candidates for our customer, therefore resulting in a more efficient hiring process.
