Welcome to the Veterans' Heat Factory (“VHF”), a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization serving the American Veterans community. Our programs are designed to help veterans of all discharge statuses in need. The Veterans' Heat Factory is a convener of accessible resources, education, and support services to offer our veterans hope and healing. VHF facilitates veterans with linkage to recovery and mental health services, reducing homelessness among veterans, acquiring education, job skills, recreational activities, mentoring and anything needed to help and thank our veterans. Long term goals include a workforce through manufacturing with veterans with service-connected disabilities, helping veterans who have significant barriers to employment. “It is our turn to step up with other organizations and help those that have fought and sacrificed so much for us “says our founder Gus Guadagnino. Provide workshops and case management, counseling for both veterans and their families I determined most people don’t understand how I can be involved in so many organizations – I can’t understand why other people aren’t more involved. This is my way of life for me-to always give back. At 60….I knew there has always been a void in my heart that I never served my country that has been so good to my family- I tied, however, the Navy didn’t think I was a good choice because I am colorblind to certain colors. 42 years later at the age of 60 I decided that the rest of my working life will be focused on helping those that have served for a better life for me and our country, Our American Veterans! I put the word out to my business network and friends that this is my destiny and if you hear anything please let me know.
