Brian Watson brings more than 20 years of extensive project management, business analysis, and agile coaching experience in a wide range of industries. Since Brian joined VersionOne, he has led the rapid growth of the company’s Services business as a regional services director and as the senior director of solutions engineering. Prior to joining VersionOne, Brian leveraged agile principles to help a custom software delivery organization grow to a $7 million business, with more than 100 agile coaches, project managers, and business analysts. Since 2005, Brian has developed and led agile transformations within the consulting software development factories, worker’s compensation, and government agencies blending Scrum, XP and feature driven development (FDD) concepts. Brian is a seasoned educator and has helped more than 100 people get their Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP®) certifications at Purdue University. In addition, Brian has been sharing his extensive experience as the president of the International Institute of Business Analysis chapter board in Columbus, Ohio since 2010. Rob is Managing Director at Vector Capital. Rob's areas of expertise include enterprise software, infrastructure software, public company investing and corporate spinouts. He sits on the Board of Cambium Networks, Inc. which he spun out of Motorola Solutions in 2011, Corel Corporation, which he took private in 2010, and Idera, Inc. which he combined with Precise Software in 2013. Prior to its acquisition by Idera, Rob was also a director of Precise Software Solutions, Inc. Ariel is a Principal at Vector Capital, where he leads the Value Creation Team. He works alongside the Investment Team at Vector and great Management Teams at the portfolio companies designing winning business strategies, and making it happen.
