As the CEO of Verizon Connect, Andrés leads the business across all functions and areas, and is responsible for delivering the overall vision and direction for the company. Since joining Verizon in 2005, Andrés has held a number of leadership positions including president of the Southwest and New York regions. Prior to his tenure at Verizon, he served as a member of the U.S. Navy Reserve, and as president of the Cesar E. Chavez Foundation. Andrés earned a Juris Doctor degree from Stanford Law School and a bachelor's degree from Harvard University. Andrés is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Skip leads the Strategy group for Verizon Connect which includes all strategy development, business development and corporate development activities. Before joining the Verizon Connect team, Skip was spearheading European M&A for Fleetmatics, and previously held senior positions in the software industry as both a venture/growth equity investor and operating executive. Skip is based in Boston, Massachusetts. Kendall serves as Verizon Connect lead counsel, where she oversees the teams responsible for the content and compliance of the company's contracts, external communications and brand equity. Before her tenure with Verizon Connect, Kendall was the lead counsel with the Verizon Wireless Network organization. She joined the company in 2011. Kendall is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Lauren leads the Verizon Connect business transformation team where she oversees learning and development, real estate and facilities, employee experience, operational excellence, internal communications and integrations. Lauren joined the Verizon team in 2011 in a leadership role within the change execution practice. Lauren is based in Atlanta, Georgia. Jorge is Verizon Connect's Chief People Officer, and is responsible for leading the company's human resources team in support of more than 3,000 employees in more than 30 locations worldwide. Prior to Verizon Connect, Jorge was the vice president of human resources at Fleetmatics. Jorge is based in Rolling Meadows, Illinois. Susan leads Verizon Connect's OEM business development team, and is responsible for the negotiation and management of existing and new OEM partnerships worldwide. Prior to Verizon Connect, Susan served as the executive vice president of worldwide sales for Telogis, Inc. Susan is based in Aliso Viejo, California. Susan serves as Verizon Connect's CFO, and is responsible for the company's financial planning and analysis, accounting and business analytics. Prior to joining Verizon Connect, Susan was the director of finance for the Northeast Area of Verizon Wireless. Susan is based in Atlanta, Georgia. In his role as CTO, Peter oversees all R&D, Product Management and UX for Verizon Connect and provides the vision for the company’s innovative solutions, applications and platforms. Prior to Verizon Connect, Peter served as the co-founder and CTO at Fleetmatics. Peter is based in Dublin, Ireland.
