, Arnie spent five years with the St. Joe Company serving as the Sales Asset Manager for Florida's Capital Region. With St. Joe, he was responsible for managing more than 100,000 acres and developing higher and better use (HBU) strategies for those assets.
Arnie was a development partner in Jamestowne at Madison Grove, a Thomasville, Georgia community based on Traditional Neighborhood Design (TND) principals. He has also provided asset management services for the City of Tallahassee's 429-acre multi-use Welaunee development.
In the commercial real estate arena, Arnie was a Business Properties Specialist for many years with The Sharp-Boylston Companies in Atlanta, Georgia. Later, after relocating to his hometown of Tallahassee, Florida, he established himself as a Commercial Property Advisor with SunCapital Properties.
