Jason Sundby completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Minnesota and continued his education at the Harvard School of Public Health and the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania. He has 30 years of experience in operations, risk management, administration and IT leadership. Sundby is a founding partner of Atlas Capital Partners, a venture capital firm investing in companies that are post-revenue, on the verge of rapid growth, and possessing a defensible competitive advantage. Prior to Atlas, Sundby was vice president of corporate administration at Regis Corporation and director of risk management for the Star Tribune. Shana Klesk is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) who earned her bachelors’ degree in economics with an emphasis in accounting from the University of Minnesota. Klesk has over 15 years of experience in her field and is a key part of Verde Technologies where she is responsible for managing all financial and accounting aspects of the business including financial strategy, planning, overseeing operations, and human resource. Prior to Verde, Klesk worked as a CPA, specializing in tax and consulting, including financial planning and analysis, operations, implementation of financial systems, compilations and audits. Reynolds joined Verde Technologies in July of 2016 as the Director of Advocacy, helping coalitions, public safety, and environmental organizations implement Deterra into their operations. Prior to coming to Verde, he spent 31 years with Eden Prairie Police Department serving in various positions including Chief for nine years. Reynolds has lived in the Minneapolis, MN area his entire life and is a graduate of the University of Minnesota earning a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice. Rob has also completed coursework in leadership through the Police Executive Research Forum at Harvard’s Kennedy School of Government. William Fowler earned B.A. degrees in chemistry and biology from Augsburg College, as well as an M.S. in genetics from the University of Minnesota. He has 26 years of experience in the medical device and pharmaceutical industries, and most recently served as a senior device scientist at Travanti Pharma. At Travanti, Fowler managed research and development, as well as preclinical activities for a self-contained iontophoretic device used in the treatment of pain associated with lateral epicondylitis. Prior to Travanti, he worked as a senior product development engineer at St. Jude Medical in the development of heart guide catheter systems. Fowler is listed as an inventor on 13 U.S. and international patents.
