Amanda brings over 10 years of real estate and property management experience to VERA. From 2005 – 2007, she held various positions, including Director of Marketing, at Premier Realty Advisors, a condominium conversion firm. In 2007, Amanda earned her CAM license and began working for a commercial and residential property management company during which time she managed five different condominium and homeowners' associations. From 2011 – 2013, she served as the full-time property manager for Harbour Place City Homes, a 206-unit condominium on Harbour Island in Tampa, FL. Ryan brings over a decade of accounting experience to VERA. Since graduating from Tampa Preparatory School in 2002, Ryan has been working with his family's firm, Accounting Clinic, an accounting firm established in 1976 and based in Palm Harbor, Florida. There, Ryan provides bookkeeping, tax preparation, financial guidance and legal services to individuals, corporations, non-profits and community associations. Since 2011 he has been actively involved with the financial aspects of Harbour Place City Homes in Tampa, Florida.  For associations that do not require a full-service management company, we offer consulting services to assist your Board of Directors with project management, policy drafting, Florida Statute compliance evaluations, self-management considerations and more.
