Sharpening his entrepreneurial skills early in his career, Ventura demonstrated the ability to establish and grow businesses. In 1979 he founded a cabinet manufacturing and distribution company, which became the largest kitchen and bathroom cabinet builder for consumers and distributors in the state of California. Throughout the late 1980s and early 1990s, Ventura launched and operated Benron Developers & Investment Co., which developed mixed-use, commercial and industrial projects. He also became owner, developer, operator and manager of mini storage facilities in Southern Nevada with over 3000 units. The lead point for site and future use analysis, Ron directs all development projects for Ventura Enterprises. As a Broker/Owner of Beyond Realty, he has both Residential and Commercial management, sales, and acquisition knowledge. His experience includes analyzing sites for Storage Facilities, RV Parks, Senior and Student Housing. He has been a licensed Real Estate agent since 2006 and a Broker since 2009. Alon Ventura has been with Commercial Professionals in Nevada for more than ten years. He specializes in income-property sales and leasing. Alon, who earned his Nevada real estate license in 1997 and his broker’s license in 2000. He is a member of the Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce and graduated from UNLV with a bachelor’s degree in business real estate. Alon is also a CCIM designee and member of the local chapter. Works with both buyers and sellers in the price range of $2,500,000 to $100,000,000 in Income property sales, multifamily sales, and leasing. First licensed in 1997. Currently holds the title of Broker / Owner An integral member of the Ventura Enterprises’ management team, Galit Rozen is a sales and acquisitions specialist with more than $600 million in commercial real estate transactions, including expertise in multi-family, retail, industrial and office income properties. As broker/owner of Commercial Professionals, she oversees a team of agents and is responsible for marketing activities. She has been a licensed real estate broker since 1997. Rozen brings to Ventura Enterprises a proven ability to recognize and capitalize on market trends for purposes of market research, strategic planning and pricing, as well as marketing and promotions.
