Dwight Shackelford, formerly Executive Vice President of American ALDES Ventilation Corporation. Dwight was the principal operating officer since the founding of American ALDES in 1984 until his retirement in 2009. In that capacity, Dwight oversaw domestic operations of American ALDES, as well as all aspects of international trade, finance, logistics and sales. He has assumed the same duties in Ventilation Advisors, LLC. Dennis Dietz, Ph.D. has been with American ALDES Ventilation Corporation since 1984, serving as the Vice-President of Engineering from 1987 until December 2010. In that capacity, Dennis designed a variety of the current product offerings of American ALDES, including the entire line of multiport and singleport inline box fans, the Zone Regulating Terminals (patent issued 2010), the line of roof and wall caps and many of the ducting accessories uniquely adapted to the needs of low volume ventilating systems. Besides the specific engineering issues of bringing a concept to market, Dennis managed the safety and performance certifications of these fans with Underwriters Laboratory (TM), Intertek ETL-Semko, the Home Ventilating Institute, and Energy Star (TM).
