Meet The Velosio Team A certified public accountant with over 20 years of leadership, accounting, and information technology experience, Jeff Geisler is responsible for providing consistent leadership and developing strategies that promote financial success. Prior to the formation of Velosio, Jeff was CEO and Managing Director of Socius, acquiring the firm from American Express and building it into a nationwide leader in business and technology solutions. Specializing in strategic IT planning, he is known for his keen insight and energy, as well as the ability to link technology-based strategies to business success. He has extensive experience within the professional services and real estate industries. He has continued his education in operational reviews, leadership effectiveness programs, systems management, accounting and numerous software applications. Over the last 30 years, Jim Bowman and has helped thousands of businesses leverage technology to improve revenue and lower costs. Prior to the formation of Velosio, Jim was President and CEO of SBS Group, joining the firm in 2003 and growing it from a local company of five employees to a national organization and leading Microsoft solution provider with hundreds of employees across North America. Jim currently serves as a member of Microsoft’s Partner and Product Advisory Council, providing key input to the direction of Microsoft’s business solutions. He is also an active member of Vistage International and the Association for Corporate Growth. In 2016 Jim was named an EY Entrepreneur of the Year Finalist. A graduate of Rider University, he holds a B.S. Degree in Accounting and Marketing. In addition to his professional work, he is an active volunteer with Boy Scouts of America and other local charitable organizations. Joseph Longo began his career in public accounting as an auditor but pivoted to leading the firm's technology consulting group and later left to start and grow a series of increasing larger consulting organizations. Prior to the formation of Velosio, Joe was Chief Operating Officer of SBS Group where he focused on the SBS Partner Network and the Microsoft Master VAR program, helping hundreds of Microsoft partners to improve their businesses.
