About Varsity Networks Varsity Networks is a high school sports media and Internet services company. We develop highly specialized and free online services that help high school sports organizations manage their teams, stay connected, raise funds, motivate each other and take advantage of all the communications abilities the Internet offers. Our services work for all members of the high school sports community including Athletic Directors, Coaches, Players, Parents, Alumni and Fans. Over 9,000 teams currently use Varsity Networks. Varsity Networks is a privately held company based in Hartsdale, New York. Varsity Networks Partners Our media partners use Varsity Networks to give them concise and affordable access to local high school sports communities. The Varsity Networks Media Assist platform aggregates content from all high school teams in a given area and distributes it to our partner television, magazine and newspaper websites. With this content, a media outlet automatically becomes an online micro destination for local high school sports information including scores, schedules, photos and videos. Our Association Partners use Varsity Networks to gain a broad view of all teams in the association. The Varsity Networks Association Assist platform aggregates content from all teams within an association and aggregates it onto the association's web site. With this content association members, for the first, have access to all schedules, photos, videos and articles from teams in the association. In addition the platform gives each association member the ability to easily contact other members with information and mailings. Varsity Networks provides high quality website services to high school and college sports organizations. Our mission is to provide our customers solutions to manage their programs online and assist them in raising funds to run a successful program. Varsity Networks offers a variety of options to meet your advertising needs, from homepage advertising to area-wide sponsorships. To contact Varsity Networks regarding distribution of our local sports content to your television, Internet or print media outlet, use the form below or send an email to Varsity Networks, Inc ("VN") welcomes you (the "Customer"). VN provides its Assist Service to you, subject to the following Terms of Service("TOS"), which may be updated by us from time to time with or without notice to you. You can review the most current version of the TOS at any time by visiting the VN website at The VN Assist service (the "Service") available on your proprietary web site is designed by VN to provide you and your users with a broad array of communication tools. The basic Service may be modified or upgraded by VN from time to time during the term of this agreement provided it is done without any additional charge to you. The payment of the Annual Service fee covers the creation of the web site and a one year license to the team to use the basic VN Assist Service and the domain name for the website which is acquired by VN. VN offers additional optional products and services to customers on a fee or commission basis subject to the terms of service relative to such products or services. You also understand and agree that(i)the Service may include advertisements and that these advertisements are necessary in order for VN to provide the Service and (ii)the Service may also include communications from VN, such as messages to your Representatives, service announcements and the VN Newsletters and you will not be able to opt out of receiving them. Varsity Networks will be further compensated for creating the Customer's Assist Service website and licensing the Service to Customer from the proceeds which we receive when and if generated from advertisers who place advertisements on Customer's website and from fees and commissions we may receive from the optional products and services offered through the website. We are entitled to sell for our own account to national, regional and local advertisers the advertising space reserved for VN in the area provided on the home page, registration page, schedule page and other pages of Customer's website as selected by us. VN may place ads for and offer products and services for sale by VN or third parties who may pay VN a fee or commission in connection with the sale of such products or services. All such advertisements shall offer products and services from reputable businesses which are not inappropriate for Customer's website and which are not offensive, indecent or objectionable to Customer in Customer's reasonable discretion. Neither VN nor its affiliates claim or warrant that the VN service will be uninterrupted or error free; nor do they make any warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, usefulness or reliability of any information, data, text, software, music, sound, photographs, graphics, video, advertisements, announcements, messages or other materials ("Content"), provided on your web site through the VN service, or as to the results that may be obtained from use of the VN service by persons inputing or viewing Content, Sponsors, Boosters or Advertisers. VN makes no representations concerning any effort to review the Content provided on your web site and so is not responsible for the accuracy or reliability of the Content provided even if VN assists users in creating, preparing or inputing Content. You agree that you and your users must evaluate and bear all risks associated with your use of the Content including any reliance on the accuracy, completeness or usefulness of the Content. You understand and agree and will require your users acknowledge as a condition to their use of the service that they understand and agree (by means of a terms of service agreement which we will supply for use on your web site that the VN SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" BASIS and that VN EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
