Bob is a 30-year RVIA member, and for his dedication and commitment he was inducted into the Heritage Foundation Hall of Fame in 1999. Bob serves as co-owner, key mentor and strategic advisor to Vanleigh RV. His knowledge, reputation, and experience are an invaluable asset to Vanleigh RV. Van holds a degree in Public Relations from the University of Alabama where he was an All-American place kicker on the Crimson Tide football team. He now serves Tiffin Motorhomes by managing product development, including research, design, prototype development, promotion and advertising—all key elements in motorhome sales. Altogether Van has nearly 30 years of experience in the RV industry. Van has leveraged his talents and experience to help develop prototypes and plans for Vanleigh RV as the company makes its entry into the towable RV market. His product knowledge and focus on quality have already proven to be incredibly valuable to this new venture. Leigh is third generation in the RV business. He holds a degree in Business Management from the University of Alabama where he too was an All-American place kicker for Alabama’s 2009 National Championship football team. As long as he can remember he’s watched his grandfather, Bob, interact with Tiffin customers to solve whatever problems they were facing and ensure the best customer experience in the industry. Leigh enthusiastically assumed the opportunity to lead Vanleigh RV in the fall of 2014. He works in close consultation with Van and Bob on product development and strategy for Vanleigh. He also manages the day-to-day operations of the production facility in Burnsville, MS.
