The history of Van Horn Construction traces back to 1966 when a young Mac Van horn moved to Russellville, Arkansas, after years of construction work in Illinois. As the sleepy River Valley region flashed glimmers of economic growth, Van Horn Construction settled into position as a major player in that growth. Van Horn Construction became synonymous with the burgeoning economy in Russellville and the surrounding area. Today, Van Horn Construction leans toward the future while embracing yesterday’s values with leadership from current owners/management Paul Hull and Chad Weisler. Together, Chad and Paul provide a strong backbone for a united company delivering superior construction services. Paul Hull started with Van Horn Construction in 1979, and has been involved in nearly every aspect of the construction business – from carpenter to superintendent, project manager to upper management. Paul’s unrelenting drive to do the job and do it well paved the way for his promotion to company president, and his eventual full ownership of Van Horn Construction. With over 20 years of experience, Chad Weisler brings projects to life with an understanding of customer needs and skilled communication. Chad also brings a safety first mindset to all VHC jobsites. Chad has worked with Paul to carefully incorporate the company’s strategic management plan that supports VHC’s beliefs and vision. Van Horn Construction’s success is building into the twenty-first century with an expanded knowledge of specialty projects and incorporation of the newest construction technologies. With an eye toward tackling those twenty-first century challenges, Van Horn Construction has LEED AP certified project managers on staff ready to insure construction for our clients in the most environmentally responsible and resource efficient manner possible. VHC’s Architectural construction experience includes: Athletic, Commercial, Spiritual, Sustainable, Educational K-12, and Higher Ed. VHC was one of the first construction firms in Arkansas to perform Construction Management Services for Water and Wastewater construction projects. So what does all this mean for the client?
