It is our desire to provide financing to all 40 brands in the timeshare industry at an honest and fair Annual Rate of Interest. Based on the consumer’s credit score, annual rates start as low as 9.9% and go up to 17.9%. Vacation Club Loans is a proud member of the American Resort Development Association (ARDA). ARDA is our nation’s largest trade association representing the vacation ownership industry and resort development of timeshares. We, Vacation Club Loans, adhere to their strict Code of Ethics and help to foster the industries growth and to further enhance consumer confidence and protection. Vacation Club Loans is a proud member of the National Timeshare Owners Association (NTOA). The NTOA provides a unified voice on a national platform that improves the communications between the timeshare community, its owners, and the industry. Our goal is to protect and preserve the rights of all timeshare owners. We offer fast loan approvals for your next vacation club or timeshare resort purchase.
