Founded in 1982 as a Woman-Owned small business contractor V. A. Paving, Inc is located in Cocoa, Florida. From the beginning it has been our focus to concentrate on projects in Brevard County with personnel trained to specialize in local, state, and federal government construction projects. Immediately, V. A. Paving, Inc. established itself as an exceptional contractor. In 1987 V. A. Paving, Inc. was awarded the coveted John F. Kennedy Space Center, NASA “Small Woman-Owned Business Of the Year” award. Through the years V.A. has received this award five times. In 1990, in a commitment to provide a higher level of Quality Assurance, our first asphalt plant was purchased and expanded our portfolio to include asphalt manufacturing. In 1993, to provide customers with a total site package, underground utility crews were added. V. A. Paving, Inc. is a Woman-Owned small business contractor located in Cocoa, Florida. Incorporated in 1982 V. A. Paving, Inc.’s goal has always been to provide a quality product at an affordable price with integrity and professionalism. Through research and by introducing and implementing green products and methods, V. A. Paving, Inc. strives to stay on the cutting edge of its industry to improve the way the industry impacts the environment.
