Before Uzio, Sanjay co-founded, launched, built and presided over two other successful ventures, hCentive and GlobalLogic. hCentive is a software company that has simplified the complex world of enrolling and managing health benefits. In 2014, CMS chose hCentive technology to run benefit exchanges for small businesses in 33 states. GlobalLogic which grew to over 5,000 employees in more than six countries, is in the software product outsourcing space. Sanjay was President of GlobalLogic for almost ten years. The company attracted investments from top notch VC firms like New Atlantic Ventures, Sequoia and NEA. The company was acquired by a private equity firm and generated very attractive returns for its shareholders. Business Head Sushant currently heads the Commercial Business. His focus is to build scalable SaaS businesses and habit-forming products. He masters in P&L management, deal making and building an ownership lead team. He has also lead several successful mergers and acquisitions. Sushant joins Uzio alongside Sanjay to bring SMBs (Small and Medium size Businesses) a much needed platform for providing the very best in comprehensive benefits management, HR solutions and compliance. Ankur is currently the Chief Financial Officer at hCentive, and will oversee financial planning across the Uzio enterprise, manage investor relations, internal controls and corporate ERP. He will also be responsible for HR, employee/leadership development, recruitment strategies, and operations. Ankur has acted as the hCentive CFO and is an integral part of hCentive’s success story. Ankur has previously held positions at Times Internet Limited, GlobalLogic, Naspers India (MIH) – Ibibo Web. Ankur received his PGPM in Finance and Marketing from Indian School of Business, his CA in Finance, Accounting and Taxation, Law, Audit from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor’s in Finance, Accounting, Taxes and Law from Delhi University. Ashish has extensive experience in senior leadership roles, product building, technology and process strategies. He is extremely well versed in leading large, distributed cross-functional product teams across the world, in various capacities, and mentored team members towards their career path. With 18+ years of experience in hands-on architecture, design and R&D of multiple software technologies, Ashish is highly regarded for his expertise in building highly scalable platforms, improving architecture and design and coming up with innovative product and technology solutions to business problems. Before hCentive, Ashish worked with MakeMyTrip – India’s largest online travel company where he was responsible for product architecture and development. He is a proven results-oriented business leader that exceeds expectations when getting the job done. For nearly 10 years Ashish has accelerated through the ranks at hCentive, and will be tasked with product R&D for broker marketplace solutions, as well as designing a roadmap for the success of product strategy. He will oversee teams in the US and India, and manage product development and deliveries for Uzio.
