As CFO, Gina Williams leads all financial aspects of uVu, including risk management, money management, acquisitions, accounting processes and other responsibilities. Her mission: identifying and nurturing top professionals who are dedicated to their role in uVu's success.
Before TriStar, Gina spent a decade as Controller at advertising agency Greenstone-Roberts Advertising (NY and Florida) and as Senior Vice President at Green Advertising Agency (Boca Raton, FL), where she supervised the Pace acquisition, a WPP Company. Gina also worked with CFO clients at Tenet Healthcare Corporation hospital as a team member at Rehab Care Management, a health care management firm.
Mark's 25 years of thermoform expertise spans the globe. He began in South Africa as an apprentice, his interest sparked during his first project to re-wire and program a thermoforming machine. He studied thermoforming and worked across Germany, England, Italy and the U.S. He supported Duracell, Gillette, Loctite, Oral-B and other multi-national companies with the machinery commissioning and operator training at Massachusetts-based Sencorp Systems. He led technical sales support, commissioning and training at New York-based Commodore Machine Company, including helping to commission foam tray manufacturing plants in Ghana, Africa and Miami, Florida.
Throughout his career, Mark has also owned several successful businesses, including two recent enterprises that provided hands-on thermoforming training and assisted client companies with start-ups and special projects.
He started his career heading up sales and marketing for a new ground-breaking division at Zimmerman Advertising, which offered traditional advertising to automotive dealerships nation-wide. After a company merger with AutoTrader, Stefan began working on a direct marketing start-up, which he fostered from inception to successful launch in the marketplace.

He began his career at General Foods/Kraft where he was a Product Manager, leading the marketing efforts behind a number of classic American beverage brands such as Kool-Aid, Country Time Lemonade, Crystal Light, and Tang Instant Breakfast Drink.
Joe’s has recently retired from a 13 year career at Starbucks Coffee Company and their acquired company of Seattle Best Coffee where he successfully made the transition as he directed the company's efforts in the Foodservice Division overseeing the restaurant and leisure categories.

Gary spent much of his early career in environmental health and safety. He has extensive experience in regulatory compliance, product safety and plastic material recycle and recovery.
As the P&L leader for both the GE Plastics Lexan and Noryl businesses, Gary drove application development from concept to close. Successes included the VW Beetle body panels, the Apple iMac, and the Gillette Mach 3 razor.
Gary is a certified Six Sigma Master Black belt and has a portfolio of success driving both top line growth and bottom line productivity through process and product improvement.
As the CEO of Cyclics, Gary developed recyclable tooling block and plug assist material for use in the fabrication of automotive composites and packaging products.
He currently resides in Australia, one of the worlds most developed specialty coffee nations, developing retail and brand concepts for a global business.
